We are a small owner operated business.  We are focussed on running an eco-friendly, zero waste sustainable restaurant. 


We are very much health focused and we use best olive oil and grapeseed oil for our cooking.  We value the quality of ingredients and are transitioning into 'Garden to Table' approach.   We use fresh herbs, micro greens and garden produce in our Restaurant.
